External integrations

Connect the services your business owns

Integration configuration is available in the workspace. A saved connection does not confirm provider access or activate automation. Review the account, permissions, mappings and actual operation receipt before relying on an action.

HubSpot

Connect your business HubSpot account for contact handoff. Review contact mappings and permissions before exporting leads. Protected call references require explicit configuration and TeleMate access.

Salesforce and Zoho

Configure owned CRM field, stage and owner mappings for lead handoff. Account-specific authorization and provider requirements must be satisfied before execution.

Zendesk

Configure ticket handoff through the owned Zendesk account. Protected call references require explicit configuration and remain subject to access and retention.

Google Calendar and Outlook

Configure owned calendars for appointment availability and booking changes. Automatic processing and notification adoption require their own approvals and status review.

Calendly

Configured direct booking and cancellation use the selected event type and provider access. Rescheduling uses the provider-hosted link; review hosted changes against the owned appointment before relying on its status.

WhatsAppMate integration

Use an owned reviewed sender and approved templates. Separate read credentials support explicit inbox import and message-status checks. Provider acceptance, delivery and replies are distinct observations.

Business email

Configure your business SMTP sender and message templates. Customer-created email keeps its consent, channel permissions, plan and credit requirements; review the delivery status separately from provider acceptance.

Owned webhooks and custom APIs

Use configured signed outbound webhooks and owned REST API tools. An unspecified store, courier or portal needs its own reviewed API contract; a pre-built native connector is not assumed.

How to review a business connection

Sign in as the business account owner and open Business connections. Have access to the intended provider account and confirm that your plan and permissions support the action. This guide configures no service and performs no external action.

  1. Select the account you own. Choose the provider card in Business connections. In the dialog, use Connect account to review the requested permissions and authorize your business account. Use Advanced token setup only for the supported manual credential path. A saved connection alone does not verify access or enable execution.
  2. Review the action and mapping. Check the owned lead/contact fields or selected calendar and appointment details. Calendly uses its configured event type; booking requires an invitee email and supported provider access. Rescheduling uses the provider-hosted link, with incoming changes checked against the linked appointment.
  3. Approve only the automation you intend. Future lead exports and incoming calendar changes have separate preferences. Review each account, acknowledgement and available execution status. A preference does not establish provider acceptance; notification permissions are separate from base calendar authorization.
  4. Keep messaging permissions separate. In Message automation, the WhatsAppMate integration needs a reviewed owned sender and approved templates. Load read preferences uses a separate read-only key with the selected read scopes; the send key does not grant reading access. Import one latest page imports incoming text without sending messages or charging credits.
  5. Check the exact receipt. After an action you explicitly choose, inspect its receipt and provider record. Pending, conflicting, failed or uncertain does not mean completed. Use the supported evidence/reconciliation path for uncertainty instead of creating another request. Provider acceptance of a message is distinct from delivery or a reply.
  6. Review funding and stop controls. Customer-created email and WhatsApp messages keep their existing consent, plan and credit requirements; telephone calls have their own funded admission. Disabling a connection preference cancels waiting work where supported, but an admitted action may finish. Review the retained receipt before retrying or changing the setup.
